The following basic steps are available to assist you. No guarantees are made and none should be assumed. User assumes all risk of installing any software onto your computer in an effort to use the Children's remote services.
Note: If your computer does not meet the minimum requirements listed below, please be aware that access to Email Web Access may not be possible.
Client Requirements
To connect to the Email Web Access server, you must have a compatible Internet browser such as the following:
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.02 or later
- A third-party Internet browser that supports frames
If you are not able to access Email Web Access remotely from your computer, please use a Children's computer when available.
