Exercise Test
(Sometimes called a stress
test)
Your child's EKG is recorded continuously during exercise, while riding a
stationary bike or walking. During this time, the intensity of the exercise
slowly increases while the cardiologist and technologist monitor your child's
heart rhythm, heart rate, blood pressure and breathing.
