1. How do I view my account information and manage my account online?

In order to view your account information and make payments online, you must enroll by entering the patient's account number from your statement, the patient's date of birth, your e-mail address and a password on the enrollment page. This information will ensure that only you can securely access your account information. Please note, you will be required to have a separate registration and username for each of your children, however you may use the same password for all of your children. Once enrolled, you will receive an e-mail notification whenever there is a change to your account.

2. Can another family member access my online account?

A family member can only access your account if you provide that person with the patient account number shown on the statement, the patient's date of birth and your password. If two family members are responsible for payment of accounts, then you will need to share a username and password for each of your children

3. Why is my e-mail address needed?

We collect your e-mail address so we can notify you when there is activity in your account, such as insurance payments received or a balance now due from you

4. Can I contact the Patient Accounting office through e-mail?

Yes, you may e-mail our office 24 hours a day, seven days a week with questions pertaining to your balance, a payment plan or relating to an insurance issue. Please be patient for your response. We will personally reply to your message during normal business office hours.

5. Besides viewing my account and paying my bill online, what other resources are available from the site?

6. Do I need to enroll in order to use these other resources?
