The Developmental Pediatric Clinic provides consultative and evaluation services for children with a variety of developmental disabilities and children with school problems. The evaluation process may include communication with involved physicians and school personnel. Recommendations for referral to other medical services, school services, and counseling services are provided as needed.
Clinic services include:
- Medical evaluation for the child with school problems, including Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder.
- Ongoing management of children with Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder at the primary physician's discretion.
- Medical evaluation of young children with developmental delays, developmental disabilities and behavioral problems.
- Ongoing consultative services for children with special needs.
